Love it. Turned off the AC and have all the windows open with a cool breeze and fresh air! It's been months since I've been able air out the house !

We did the airing out thing too. Cracked the garage a little to make a cross breeze. Just got back from a walk on the trail. Really nice outside right now. Around 70.

Seems like there is a major benefit to living and working in the outer rim of the valley. And it has nothing to do with crime.
