Had to go to the Apple store today in Fashion Show to check on some warranty work for the in-laws. They don't have an Apple store in Elko. The second we entered the store the sales associate told us right away that we had to make an appointment.

Our appointment time was set for an hour later. What the hell were we suppose to do for an hour? Go home then come back? Shop? We just left.

According to that store alone, looks like there never was a recession.

Actually, you should have took the hour appt. From the picture, and the knowledge of what that store does for business... yes it was dead. Probably because noone is buying an Iphone until Friday when the new one comes out...

If you think it was crowded today, wait till Friday... It will be wall to wall people.

Barely made it. We have an appointment for Thursday evening. Those people can have the iPhone 5. Better to wait on the "S" model of any iPhone anyway. Let them work out all of the bugs first.

I've used apple products since I was a kid (product of living in cuptertino school district). The only product I'm not really buying is the Iphone. I've prefer the android phones for many reasons and Apple is lagging behind esp since they finally have a 4G LTE phone.

Which sucks because there are 3-5 obvious vacant houses on my block, not to mention there are probably some where you cant quite tell. And going to a local casino and having one dealer and the stickman run the craps table while the 24 hour cafe is only serving soup means something is amiss.
