Can you imagine the I-15 NOT full of traffic? Whenever I come back to Vegas, it's always astounding to see the line of cars headed to California. While I dont' agree Victorville should be the starting/ending point for this project, I do think it would be extremely helpful in clearing up the roadways.

People will only use the system if it is:

1) Significantly less expensive than driving

and/or

2) Significantly more convenient than driving.



Every proposal I've read so far is neither. What do the designers expect, other than a big waste of time and money? If they build a rail line, and nobody uses it, how does that improve traffic on I-15? We shouldn't build a system that isn't expected to get any use.

As a realtor when I get clients that are interested in moving here the biggest barrier that I see is our poor school systems. I have seen many couples end up not moving here because they felt that the education fell short of their expectations.

Do you direct them to the magnet schools? Some of them are very good.
