Is "La Reve" considered to be a Cirque Du Soleil show? My neighbor who has worked the strip for years tells me it is the best out of all of them.

I started this thread a few years ago. I saw Ka (still don't know proper pronunciation) recently and thought i would give a small review of it. I now have seen Mystere, Love and Ka. I would rate them in that order and Mystere is still my favorite. Mystere was the first Cirque du Soleil show that I have seen so it might just be the fascination of the first time. I will probably see it again at some point to see if it is still my favorite.

As far as Ka is concerned it started a little slowly but has some of the amazing stunts you expect in a Cirque du Soleil show. There is one part of the show they do at a 90 degree angle that is incredible. I would recommend it but it wouldn't be my first choice.

Never been to a cirque show before. Took the wife to beatles love last night for 10th anniversary. Absolutely fantastic show. Next time I will avoid the overpriced "good "seats, as I don't think there is a bad seat in the house. Yes, it's loud, night club loud. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised that when our teeth began to float half way through the show that the little boys and girls rooms were right at the top of the stairs 25 feet away, not all the way out in the casino.
After reading this thread I want to see Mystere.

I am the OP of this thread. I started it almost four years ago because I wanted a recommendation for my first Cirque show. I ending up choosing Mystere which I have now seen twice. I have also seen Ka and Love. By far my favorite is Mystere and would highly recommend it.

I got front row seats to Ka through MyVegas, and the show was amazing, but the story was a little hard to follow.
