I saw that view from the pool deck of Green Valley Ranch. It was one of the reasons I decided I like that part of the valley.

I just took a drive, late night, 3am, to Sloan and back, and was observing the return scenery from that end of the Valley. I can't imagine anyone getting a great view from that end of the valley, like Southern Highlands, but I might be mistaken. At least from the freeway, coming over the hill, near M, the view is not all impressive.

But then you could be up in a high elevation anywhere in the valley, and still have no view at all, unless you walked around the neighborhood. Houses shutting out your view.

I have sometimes taken a drive north on I-15, past Nellis, to Apex, and on returning there's some pretty awesome views, but no residential neighborhoods out that far. A developer should consider building out there, at the highest points, I'm sure they'd sell very well, just for the views! And they'd also get some awesome views of Mt. Charleston from out there! Call it Apex Highlands?

I never got a chance to drive out to Apex, but the views from the I-15/215 interchange in far NE Las Vegas are pretty cool as well

TIJ, if you visit my view spot mentioned in an earlier post, instead of following 215 up there,you should just follow the 95 to Summerlin Parkway and take it all the way to where it cuts off instead, it would be much easier that way than taking the 215

It has a pretty nice view from the deck. The wall however will block any view from inside on the first floor. That is also the view Davie likes..the place faces 215 just south of Summerlin Pkwy.

There are a number of homes with this sort of view along 215 in Henderson. Up high enough to see over the freeway.

Drive to the top of Valley View -- all the way east, past the technical high school. Keep going. The road narrows. Keep going. It starts to look like a moonscape. Keep going. There's a Doppler radar station to your left. Turn around. Enjoy the view.
