I've noticed these vinyl walls in some neighborhoods driving around, especially in the far northwest (Cliff Shadows Parkway) area. They may be in other areas of the Valley as well. Of course they are in the newer developments.

I prefer the block walls as the vinyl ones seem to be a cheaper look. Any ideas as to why these are used instead of the cinder block walls? Was it the developer just trying to cut costs? What?

UV and Vinyl... a bad combination in my humble O. They are cheaper to replace though.
