I was going to say this. There a decent little fly in community there (ie. built around it's own airstrip, where people can taxi up to their houses.)

If Sandy Valley is off I-15 I've been doing it wrong getting there from 161 going out by Good Springs. I've gone out there a few times to go to Sandy Valley MX and for other off roading purposes. Sky Ranch Estates seems kind of cool if you're into flying.
