Once most STRAIGHT MEN hit their early 30s, it all starts to go downhill from there. Haven't read all the responses so not sure if this has been mentioned, but take some classes at UNLV (even if you already have a degree). Perhaps get a master's degree or phd or whatever. I had the same problem until I did that. I can definitely relate.
