Thursday is the new Friday? Anyone have any issues with this? Last Friday I was trying to get in touch with a SafeKey personnel. Now I know why I could not get in touch with anyone. Maybe minimum manning would be better rather than 100% shut downs on Fridays for some city services.

Oh well, at least they are saving a decent amount of money doing this.

not enough revenue (property taxes) + high personnel costs (collective bargaining)= crafty measures implemented to save money wherever the City can.
