Las Vegas, Nevada (NV) Detailed Profile - relocation, real estate, travel, jobs, hospitals, schools, crime, news, sex offenders

According to that information (thanks MomMom), it would appear that there are 4810/sq. mile, which would be even higher than a lot of places. I am wondering though... are they considering just the incorporated city of Las Vegas, or are they adding to that the people who live in Las Vegas, but are considered uninc. Clark County? Like, for instance, our place is in Las Vegas, but it's not in the actual city.... at least that's what I've been told all along.
I'm in agreeance with JFK, that the # still seems a little high. Although thinking about it a lot of the "upper crust" of Nassau County, for example, all live in estates of 1-2 acres (sometimes even more!). Factoring in that, it might actually make sense...

The citymayors site attempts to do it for metro areas. On that basis by the way LA is the densist area of the country. Las Vegas is just a little less dense than NYC..this though is the 18 million NYC. So I presume Jersey, Long Island and CN.
It might be possible to calculate it roughly by zip code but that is a lot of work. Actually the way to do it is to calculate the area of the urban zip codes and then back out the cities. And that may break because Henderson and Las Vegas have areas that are not in the urban zip codes...rats this is a tough one. No simple answer.

I checked Western Pacific since I went to college in California, having moved from the Northeast, before moving to Las Vegas for only a year. I miss the city quite a bit, but I love where I am now.

I had a 2002. It's gone now, and I miss mine as well. You had a '91, E30? Too early for E36 I believe. E30 chassis designation ran from '89 to '92, IIRC?
