Give or take a little or a lot in your case. I think it's a good average for everyone. My age plus your age divided by two probably equals around 50.

Best guess is that it's part of the Hispanic culture. I've seen plenty of them too and at least half were probably on old model Tahoe's with over sized rims.

B.S. I've seen this in just as many vehicles with white folks driving. I'm Hispanic and I've never seen this anywhere else except in the US.
