LOL this is awesome. Gotta love idiots. I bought a foreclosed home for $80k 2 months before this genius made this post and it is now worth $220k. Lived in it under my means for 4 years and now in the process of selling it and taking $150k in found equity as 20% down on my dream home. Don't listen to people on the internet, folks.
