Been to Vegas several times but it was always in MARCH-MAY, and it was very hot them. What do Las Veganeans do in the summer time? Say inside?

We Las Vegans go out early in the day or late in the evening when it's too hot. Most of the time. I do find I will go out during the hottest parts of the day to go somewhere and it's really not that unbearable, because it's a dry heat. 110+ with 11% humidity is nothing compared to 100+ with 90% humidity. It just feels like you are baking in a 350 degree oven. Not that bad. One thing you might want to do though: use something to open your car doors with besides your hands when it's that hot. That's about the only downside.

It last about 3 months at the most not 6 or 7 months like the cold stuff plus we do not get the bug season in the spring and summer. It is not 110, 24/7 like the below 0 temps you can get back east that last days and days. You also get to Acclimate into the warm weather here back east it just shows up and slams you goes away for a short time and slams you again with the nice humidity Here if you do go out during the day you make sure you stay Hydrated (carry the bottle water and use it) and find shade when ever possible for you and your car. Dry heat is much more easy to deal with than the Sauna that is back east in the summer.

If you thought it was "very hot" in March-May, you will think it is even more so in the summer months. Obviously, people who need to be out in the daytime, or don't mind the heat, don't stay inside during the day. Schedules shift a bit to get outdoor chores done in the early morning or evening, and it's important to drink more water, etc., but life goes on, just like in other hot weather cities.

It really is a case-by-case situation. The summer heat doesn't bother me a bit, but it bothers my wife a lot.

And by the way, sincere congratulations on inventing two words - unbearingly and Veganeans. It's always great to come here and expand one's vocabulary.
