Well, after putting in an offer on a house December of last year and waiting, waiting, waiting, the bank now wants to close July 11. They're giving us 7 days to do our due diligence so we need a home inspector fast. I've looked online, found a bunch, read some reviews, just not sure who to choose.

Any recommendations? We definitely don't want to forego the inspection and we need to do it probably by Friday, unless they work on weekends.

Thanks in advance.

I've used Mike M. at Sundance Inspection Services probably 15+ times with my clients over the last 2 years.. He includes a FLIR thermal/infrared scan (will show moisture and heat variances inside the walls) with the inspection, which most companies charge extra for..

The website is sundanceinspect.com

Oh, and I am in no way affiliated with Mike or his company, or gain any benefit what so ever by sending people his way.. He's very good at what he does, and has probably 30 yrs experience in many different facets of the inspection fields

Default Inspector

I used Alpha Inspections and was super happy - my report was 95 pages long which included many pictures. He was super picky and his price was right too - 375.00

Last time I needed a home inspection I used Angie's List and Yelp to choose an inspector. Using just those two sources (actually just Angie's List, Yelp has few home inspector reviews for LV), I would pick Desert Home Inspections.

Home inspections Las Vegas, Las Vegas home inspector, Las Vegas infrared inspection, Las Vegas mold inspection, Nevada home inspection, Las Vegas home inspection

I've no experience with them and until a few minutes ago, had never heard of them. But they have glowing reviews on Angie's List. I checked their web site and they include infrared imaging in their standard inspection.

The current owner of Sundance Inspection Services is the gentleman who started Desert Home Inspections and trained all their staff.. He since sold the company and started his own smaller company, Sundance Inspection Services..

Had an inspection for a buyer done today as a matter of fact by Mike with Sundance.. Great and thorough as always
