Here's the link with details:

Actually, that is available to ANYONE. The Clark Co. Public Library will give a library card to anyone who requests it whether a resident or not - at least they did a few years back.

They gave my wife a card on faith, but it expired in 30 days, and she had to bring back a proof of residency to make the card permanent

The library in Centennial wouldn't give us a card even though we owned property in Las Vegas. Had to get a non-resident ID at the DMV. Then it was no problem getting a card.

This is a fabulous offer if you like reading magazines. there's a wide range of interests, some you wont know ever existed. wont find "people" or "tvguide" or the major ones but newsweek, pcworld, mens and womens health related, automobiles, cosmo, and a slew of others. the one I find most useful I used to pay for was Consumer Reports.

I recommend checking it out if your so inclined . will save lots of money on any of your future paid subscriptions. can read your selections on pc, phone, tablet.

The crazy thing is, by participating in this free library program, somehow Zinio's computer sees you as a paying customer, and you get a $5 voucher via email for Zinio (to buy some other magazine that Clark County doesn't subscribe to)

Nice!
