Remember also to check parking facilities. Since it gets so hot here, you might not want just a "parking spot" or "covered parking" -- especially since there are occasional strong winds that may (together with dust/debris) damage your car. As well, for security reasons, you may not want to leave your car out in the open anyway. In short, I always favor a one- or two-car garage; that is, one that's not shared (whether it's attached to the place or not), but that will add a bit more to your costs.

LOL re the little yellow man (though he's orange on my screen). Yep, the garages are generally about $100 more, but you also get some protected extra storage in the garage.

And you're very welcome. My pleasure.

This is the one that we decided on. They too have garages and the price is between $685 - $765 for a one bedroom.

I know that area very well. And that complex is reasonably nice.

SDhort walk to a relatively nice Station Casino.

Cross over the bridge and you are into rural land where you can walk for miles with no hassle. In fact if you can find a horse you can ride through there.

Shopping and local restaurants at Craig and Rainbow or Tenaya. Not a bad set for a local area.

Only weak thing is the area is basically dull. Thast is a good dull not a bad one.
