Hi -
Does anyone in the forum have any feedback regarding UPS (not USPS) mailboxes in the area? I'm familiar with the logistics (how to set one up, accessibility), but I'm asking about location in the Vegas / Henderson area, in regards to customer service, etc.
Thanks!

Absolutely great experience.

Although UPS stores are all independently owned/operated so YMMV.

When I had a box, the manager would not only email to tell me when I had received mail, but he would even tell me the names of the senders so I could determine if it was worth forwarding when I was overseas.

Takes about 5 minutes to set up, and most of them have 24 hour access with a key.

When away from town, it's the next best thing to EarthClassMail (which is more than twice the price)

We used a UPS box in Green Valley, and it was a great experience. Very nice folks at that store and very helpful with any issues that arose.

My wife has a box at a UPS store in Spring Valley and raves about not only the convenience but also the outstanding customer service of the staff. She is extremely happy with the arrangement.

We had one set up in Henderson while we were in-between homes. I have nothing but good things to say about their service.

I've been using Mail Link Plus, on Rainbow @ US-95, for many years. Ten bucks a month, and a great staff, too. The only drawback is they cut off access at 11pm.

Wow those are some great rates. I'm going to have to look into something like that on the far west side of town.

Owelles, Trash Can & Coco6163 - Can you give me the store location - cross streets? It's hard to determine which location(s) you're talking about and there are multiple stores in the areas.

We have had UPS boxes in several states in which we've lived and found them to be quite useful, especially when it comes to mail & packages. Customer service is important to us, especially when we need to be notified if something arrives, etc. We're moving back to the area from out of state and are trying to find "the right one" for us.
