Hi everyone.

Looked @ some properties today. Loved the 1 bdrm @ terracini
Would have to buy w & d but am more concerned w/a 3 foot
Cube shower stall. I use a shower stool & stand to finish
Off for health reasons. The 3 feet isn't as long as I use -
About 44". That's the only issue there

Actually I did the paperwork & bid on a great 3 bdrm home.
Perfect paint, all major appliances, micro etc.
don't even really need all that space - let alone a/c it.
It's located adjacent to Allen right Above the n LV
Airport. Took a drive around & ended up on deceauter & 1400
To get gas.
Am told to stay north & west.

I can still rescind the offer & go w/ terracini -
Just concerned about banging myself in the shower.
Can't easily move stool while wet & may be a problem

Obviously most people are healthy enough to stand but
I really can't. Any suggestions?
Does anyone use a stool in a 3ft shower stall?

Really, these are common in 1bdrm condos. Don't
Think there is another choice but to buy a house or
2x2 condo - which I have not been able to do given
The market & my price range.

Any ideas

Oh...Sutter Creek. Allen/Gowan. I had friends that lived there and moved out several years ago. Not the best place. Very lax security. Gates usually broken or left open. Lots of airplane and helicopter noise. It bothered me as a visitor, but not my friends that lived there. It's too close to the not so great area's.
Either go with the Terrasini condo, or try to get a Terrasini condo with the bathtub feature, not just the shower. Or try another area altogether. The more you can pay, the better the area and the place. If you cannot pay much, you will have to settle for less than great area's. So you have to figure out what you can live with long term. Otherwise, rent first. Since you are new to the area, I always recommend renting. This way if you really hate the area, you can find a better area. Don't get stuck buying a place you aren't 100% sure about.
