The contractor we partnered up with to evaluate the fix up was a commercial one. Two big for a house contractor. The construction was much more commercial than residential.

Need to be well decorated to get past the institutional feel.

I've been inside of this house. Very very sexy, with a walk out basement/media room. Def. not a family home if you have kids under the age of 12 or so as there is no real backyard, unless you want to use Sunset Park as your backyard. It's just a stones throw away. The airplanes landing are pretty noticeable, too. Quite expensive to boot.

I took some photos of a home under-construction on a bluff in Spring Valley while waiting for my car at the shop for its regularly scheduled maintenance. Beautiful views up here, you can drive up the bluff and have a view of the Strip, Red Rock Canyon and the neighborhood.

Yup - That is the corner acre in Spanish Hills Estates. Sold for 1.1 million in November of 2012.
