Since everyone calls Frenchman Mountain "Sunrise" anyway, why not rename it Sunrise, then rename the real Sunrise Mountain, Mt. Reagan? OK with me.

But maybe he deserves a better mountain, so let's rename Mummy Mountain, Mt. Reagan. I've never liked 'Mummy" anyway.
Frenchman's Mountain has twin peaks so by default would it not be more appropriate to be named after a woman?

Only if we name the Twin Peaks of Sunrise and Frenchman's "Laura Palmer."

And I'm not in favor of naming ANYTHING in Las Vegas after Ronald Reagan -- except for one thing. Foremaster Lane. All the homeless people can congregate at Ronald Reagan Ln. That is a fitting tribute to his legacy.

If this goes thru, we'd better consult Nancy first (she's still alive!) before any ceremonies or re-naming, as nothing was ever planned over the 8 years in the White House without her first consulting her Astrologer, to make sure Uranus, Pluto, Neptune, Saturn and Jupiter are lined up just right! She used to drive Don Regan, her Chief of Staff, crazy with all the dates on the yearly calendar X'd out with black magic marker. Inauspicious times, she'd say!

Scoop: Foremaster Lane to Reagan Lane, yes!

But there's a street, just north of Trop/Pecos named Zodiac Street. Another idea!

The Grand Tetons have that locked up already.

When we moved Ch-3 to Foremaster Lane we asked about changing the name to Ch-3 Lane. We discovered that would be a PR disaster since Foremaster Lane was named for a local young man who was a war hero. Better stick to the peaks (or streets) not already named for people.
