When i arrived at the exit i was told i needed to go back and get my receipt which was not printed when i paid. So supervisor was called he asked for my license and my registration then charged me another 12$ before i could exit. While talking to the supervisor he informed me that "this is a problem that occurs to often". So be aware if you pay at the kiosk inside you may be charged not only for the time you were there but also the 12$for all day parking when you exit if there machine does not print your receipt. I believe this is a scam they are pulling knowing that the machines are not printing the receipts when paying with cash.
So park at any casino valet for free, and top the valet $2 or $3 when they bring your car around. You'll save yourself a few bucks.

If you're drinking, perhaps parking in your own driveway and taking a cab would be the best bet.

I have been parking at the Golden Spike for many years at Ogden and Las Vegas Blvd. There is usually parking during the week. Weekends might be tough. They don't check the lot.

How does that work? No need to "validate" or some BS? How they will know this vehicle belongs to a cardholder?

Guard will ask for your players card at the garage entrance especially during weekends and during special events.
