You resurrect a 5 year old thread to ask this question? Why yes, there are at least 3 other stores that don't require any type of work card. You just show up and start working.

I noticed there is a lot of lawyers that do injury. Is that the most ubiquitous lawyer in LV? Also, what job is so haphazard that fuels this industry?

also is Nevada a lawyer state when it comes to RE purchases, meaning are lawyers heavily involved RE transactions.

When I lived there, I made a living getting fired.

We just closed at a Title company when we bought our house here last year.
So many pedestrian accidents here, its troubling.

My career was in intellectual property law. I was in Chicago which is kind of the center of the universe for that practice area. Here in Nevada I was really surprised at the prevalance of ambulance chasers, or personal injury lawyers, as they call themselves.

All I can say is that there must be a LOT of accidents happening here to justify the large numbers of them. They all work on a contingency basis, too, something I never found to be very attractive.

LOL, when I drove a cab in Vegas I cannot tell you how many (women only) asked me where people live in Las Vegas. I would sincerely tell them that we lived in dorms underneath the casinos...
After the standard "REALLY?" I would ask them if they flew in. Normal reaction was yes. I would ask if they looked out the window on approach...YES. Okay, did you see houses, apartments etc...YES. Well, (Dumbass not said.) THAT's were people live...just like any other city.

I was born and raised in LV. My dad is a lawyer and my mom is a surgeon. I got out when I was 18 for college.
