... the casinos?

What other jobs are there?

Plus, do locals really gamble and lose their house like I heard it happens?

I make a nice living in corporate audio/visual sales. I'm sure someone has gambled and lost their house. Happened to a friend of mine back in Rhode Island, actually.. haven't heard of it here..

I was going to respond to your inquiry, but I couldn't thing of an answer that would be on the same intellectual level as your questions. There are simply no words that come to mind. This about sums it up: : smack:

We have cops, lawyers, doctors, military and water treatment plant engineers also.

It's probably more likely that a tourist will bet the farm than a local. If a local did do this, they probably wouldn't be a local very long or probably end up on Foremaster Lane.(our skid row)

We raise our sons to be pimps . Then we sell our daughters off to the pimps to pay for our gambling debts to save our homes .

I couldn't cut it as a bouncer so now I just sell water illegally on the strip for poker chips.

Las Vegas has the same range of jobs that any relatively large city has. Everyone does not work for the casinos.

I work in a hospital where I have to put up with drunken, drugged and/or depressed tourists who act like teenagers without manners, morals or home training.

You people should really get off the strip sometime and visit a museum or some local attractions. May I suggest the Springs Preserve or the Old Mormon Fort.
