Can my landlord still try to evict me in Nevada "if" I made a partial payment for the month and it was accepted?

The short answer here is yes, yes you can be evicted for not paying your full rent.

Yup, they can. Either discuss a payment plan for the rest or move out.

If they are extremely generous they will give you the days you paid for but that is generous and they do not have to be so inclined. Failing to require that you pay the full amount and allowing you to stay is charity either tell them when they can expect to be rightfully paid or move out.
