I actually missed the "3 months" part. FWIW, the easiest thing to do for such a short timeframe would be to go with one of the Budget Suites weekly/monthly deals- they're not all that much more expensive than a normal rental, plus you don't have to worry about renting furniture, buying cookware, and all the other junk that goes along with renting. We rented an apartment for 2 months when we moved to GA this summer (our house wasn't going to be done in time for the kids to start school), and it was a royal PITA.
