Default Gay adoption in Nevada, or anywhere.

Looking for any gay couples that have gone through the adoption process or the foster program. We would like to know the pros and cons. We have all the information they will offer, but we learned in Indiana that it may not be as easy as it looks in the foster program. Feed back is welcome, thanks. If you recomend another state, we would love to hear that also.

You can adopt kid(s) here in Nevada eventhough you're gay couples. They don't care about your private life.

ive never heard any places that refuse to let you adopt because of your preference. so i think youll be able to adopt here with no problems pertaining to that.

I know we can here, and yes there are many place the gay community can not. Few states allow joint adoption, In fact joint adoption is up to a judge in Nevada, and is not defined in state law.

Check with you HOA and CC&Rs...if you can't keep a classic car in your closed garage...I seriously doubt that they would allow adoption by a gay couple!
