Forgot one...

Here's a picture taken in Red Rock Canyon that you wouldn't expect to see... there's a seasonal waterfal here, too, but it was just a trickle when I was there.

yeah it was! the whole valley looked like it was yellow sand from a distance...until you realized that it was all flowers in full bloom. incredible.

just wait until you see the spring mts up close....these mts are different than those in CO or CA, both in vegetation and geology/geomorphology...really cool (their proximity to LV was the final selling point on moving here for me )
