I was talking about regular char siu at a Chinese joint, not the bun. Referencing "old" ingrained names like manapua which most haven't heard of. But you're right the pork bun is char siu bao.

Cathay House have them, also Orchids Garden. Served during lunch, Dimsum. You can purchase it for take out. You can also get them at Goldilocks Bakeshop on Maryland Parkway next to Big Five Sporting goods store.
