It all depends upon how you look at it. On one hand a large convention would bring in a lot of money. On the other hand the place would be overrun with drunken politicians and all of the working professionals that they attract.

Anytime you lose business it's not a good thing. Las Vegas will not get the extra business the Republican Convention would have brought.

I'm sure you're right. But they'll find a way to get in trouble elsewhere. Every major city in America has drugs and prostitutes. I think Las Vegas would actually be a safer bet for the GOP, because this city is in general more discrete.

I don't think Nevada needs any more stinking politicians of any party. Harry Reid has polluted the whole country as well as the state of Nevada. To channel Kanye West for a moment.........Harry Reid don't like veterans. He can go straight to H..E...double LL hockey sticks.
