So there has been some heavy equipment grading the entire block across Las Vegas Blvd. from South Point Casino. (The same lot where they sell seasonal Xmas trees and pumpkins)

Is there a way to find out what they are planning for that block? It's too big for a strip mall, but probably too small for a casino.

Looks like it's going to be a shopping center after all. They have a billboard up on the Silverado Ranch side of the lot.

I don't know what the sign says, but I have been hoping for an Asian supermarket in this area.

There is already a small Asian mini-market directly across the street in the strip mall. It's right next to the liquor store.

I would be surprised if they were building any kind of grocery store because there are already a ton of them all along Silverado Ranch Blvd. Just between South Las Vegas Blvd and Maryland are no less than 4 major grocery stores.
