In general is that a good area to move to?Can anyone give me advice on what home builder is good? Is Lennar good? or Putle? Even which ones to avoid would be great. Ty you so much and I hope this hasn't been asked too much before lol I checked and don't see any threads about it. Again... ty so much for any advice. Oh my wife and I are 55+ and retired.
Forget new homes. If you like the SW part of town look at Southern Highlands which has a great master plan layout.

There are those much wiser than me on this site that I am sure, will give you guidance too.
Those homes are way to close to each other. Also I don't like that its right off a busy road. I like that master plan feel instead . I think the builder is charging too much cause it next to Seven Hills. I posted that if the OP likes the SW part of town, look at Southern Highlands.

Onlyliveonce is correct. Southern Highlands is a great area to find a gently used home. I just recently checked out that area driving around and was pleasantly surprised. Definitely worth a look.

Don't get hung up on buying a "New" home you sometimes can get more for your money used especially if you are handy.
