Looking at possibly moving to Vegas by the end of the year.

I'm a 25 year old straight male and I have my own business going on.

I am looking for somewhere young 20-30 year old type people.

I don't want to live in the ghetto, my budget it 700-1000 a month for a 1 bed room.

I've checked out some apartments online and I was wondering if anybody had suggestions?

I would like somewhere that had a nice view overlooking the strip and something landscaped good.

Somewhere that isn't on the strip, but not too far of a drive from the strip.

I've read about the Green Valley and Spring Valley.

I don't want to live too far off in Suburbia and family land though.

Anybody have any suggestions on good locations or apartments that fit my criteria?

Thanks

Look at renting a condo in the Park Avenue or Manhattan complexes. They are on Las Vegas Blvd south of the Strip. Not so much of a view, but they have good amenities.

Any reason you're specifically coming to LV?

If I was in your shoes, I would live on the eastern side of Spring Valley for your budget and location to the Strip.

The OP could probably rent a one bed in the complexes I mentioned for $1K a month.

What's wrong with family land? You might dig the hot mama's. LOL
