There are decent enough trails in Clark County and more being developed. Western Beltway Trail along the 215 Beltway is a nice path which can also lead you to Red Rock Canyon. You can start off on Fort Apache/Peace Way in Spring Valley, there is a commercial center on Peace Way where you can leave your vehicle or if you are not sure about it, there are decent quiet neighborhood behind the gasoline station around the Latter Day Saints Temple where you can leave your vehicle and then ride your bike on the Western Beltway Trail.

I'll be honest Vegas is hit and miss there's a lot to do here but Vegas is behind on a lot of stuff like for example the schools suck not a family place I would suggest Henderson nv I'm from Kansas city MO been in Vegas since September of 2014 I work in warehouse my wife found a job with 2 months of being here me a lil longer but over all the weather is great lol still adjusting to rude people and Vegas people can not drive everyone is in a hurry pedestrians killed everyday by drivers and DUI drivers
