I buy USDA Prime rib eye roast from Costco. I age them in my fridge for 7 days. It's pretty good!

Sure is. And if you can cook them over high enough heat, you can replicate the steakhouse experience.
Two ways:
1) The inexpensive way is to use a charcoal chimney starter as your grill. Just add briquettes, light it, and when it resembles a jet turbine engine, slap a grate on top and start cooking.
2) The expensive way is to use a real infra-red sear burner. Not one of the cheap, anemic little things they sell at the big box stores. The good ones get hot enough to melt salt. That's how hot you want it.
