I saw it a few days ago, on the west side of I-15 close to Town Square. No idea what it specifically it is for, but so many people whine about how Vegas was better back when...

Oh, well that's odd LOL.. I guess they missed their point, if everyone is wondering what it means. My first guess would be a religious group of some sort. I do chortle when I pass the ones on the 95 and the 15 telling me I'm going to hell.
