Hi, I've been to casinos websites to see their shopping amenities, but I'm not finding the easy details I'm looking for...

Wife and I are coming up in May, and I'd like to surprise her by taking her to a nice dress shop and getting her a nice dress. Budget is maybe $200 to $500, not cheap but not looking for Rodeo Dr prices or shops either.

I'm fairly familiar with the area.

Could anyone point me in the direction of where to shop and a name of a store? Thank you

I'm fairly new to LV, but in previous postings I've seen mention of Las North Vegas Premium Outlets being a good place to go shopping. And I could be wrong, too. Someone more familiar with shopping here might change your mind...

If you want to stick with the Strip, take her to the Fashion Show Mall and let her choose where to look.

If it has to be the Strip, go to Fashion Show Mall. But the outlets close to downtown would probably be more fun!

Another vote for Fashion Show Mall. My wife loves it. They've still got the whole outdoor plaza area torn up for construction (the area under the "flying saucer") but there's easy access around that.

I'd throw my money behind Fashion Show, as well. Al the major department stores are there, and there always seems to be a sale going on.

It was actually a good suggestion for many shoppers in the area. Those outlets do well and, with the new expansion coming on line, will do even better.

I did a walkthrough with the GM at the North Outlets. Pretty great stuff going in there, and construction is coming along nicely. My company is involved in the opening week "festivities".
