Default Richmond American Homes
Hi all,

My family and I recently relocated to Las Vegas, and are currently renting a home. We are interested in buying a Richmond American home, but we have read very mixed reviews about the company.
If anyone can give me their opinion of Richmond American it would be greatly appreciated.

which richmond home are you looking at.. i was going to buy richmond american also but felt like bait and switch.. one price on internet.. another price when you get there.. be cautious.. you would be better off with a home 2-3yrs old bank owned, thats the route we took and got a lot more house for the money.. no 8 foot x 10 foot backyard for me..

You gotta be really careful, went to them back on june/07 they did not wanted to discuss any cost of the home before you got signed into a contract, lousy sellers!!
