Default Cheap Cell Phone Service in Las Vegas

Just wanted to let everyone know that I bought a Boost Mobile Unlimited phone last month to try it out. All I can say are good things about it! I have Verizon wireless and its great, but I've been going over my mins. because i use it for my business. Boost mobile unlimited uses the sprint network and is very good all around the valley. It costs $99 or $129 for the phone and you get the first month free. Basically its a pre paid phone with unlimited talk.

$35 you get unlimited calls with long distance included. +$5 you get unlimited text and picture message. +$5 unlimited internet. +$5 you get extended calling area of Northern and Southern CA. If you call outside your calling area its .$15 a min.

Best thing is NO CREDIT CHECK and NO CONTRACT!

Its great for teens and people who will use it because they do not have a land line.

Boost Mobile - Unlimited Cell Phone Plan

We had Sprint and they sucked, we just got blackberrys (3 of them) at no charge, and we also got a $150.00 rebate thought wirefly with Tmobile. Our plan is only 60.00 for 700 minutes, and 19.99 for internet, text and all messages, and the web is great, able to get mostly a full page of the internet.

I've had it a month and no dropped calls and seems to be the same as my Verizon phone. I use about 4000 mins a month and for $40 bucks a month, it is worth it. I kept on going over my mins with verizon and the 4000 min plan is $170.

Sounds good, until you see audio messaging is 25 cents a minute, and text messaging is 10 cents a minute. I usually recieve 3-4 audio messages a day, and 2-3 text messages a day. Wouldn't this add up to an additional 30-35 dollars a month?

If you get the $40 plan, you get unlimited text and media messages. So far I haven't found anyting that would be a drawback.

Anybody use Verizon or Tmobile in Vegas? Any opinions on either service? I'm thinking of choosing their service when I move there.
