Start pouring out the resumes child...normally I would tell you no way...that is not how it is done in Vegas. But with your degree it just might work. Note that this is one of the centers of the universe for your field. Only NY and LA are equivalent and I don't think any better
The bad news is the town has a bias against out of towners...a pretty strong one. I do however know of a stagehand who just got the nod out of state by one of the big production operations...so it does happen.

Thats all I need is an ounce of hope. I am gonna start sending out the resumes once I get closer to graduation, probably around March. I hope to have the spare money to fly down there for spring break and pound the pavement then for housing and for a job. More for a job then housing, cause once i get the job, ill find the housing. Or if not then I will do what I can from here in hopes that I get something. I think I will. I have a good resume and a great personality so....it should count for something.

Good luck...you seem to have it under control. My bet is that you won't have to worry about it by the time your 40, because of the strategy change you made now at 30. Some realize this way too late.

The important thing is that you elected to make the change....and doing it at 39 is so much better than at 35 or 39. Good luck...I think you're on the right track.
