I'm going to be in Las Vegas in July with my adult daughter who will need to rent a motorized wheelchair while there for ~6 days because of foot surgery.

We will be staying at the Tropicana.

How do I make arrangements to rent one?

We will be driving so there will be no airport complications.

Thanks.

You can probably rent one at the customer service desk. You can always call Trops customer service and inquire as to what the procedures are.

you can get one from Emerald Medical Supplies; they're off the I15 and Charleston (MLK and Alta are the actual cross streets)

Request ahead of time and ask the hotel to arrange to have one there when you arrive or meet at valet. They may already have one on hand. There is no reason why you cannot be met at the front door with a wheelchair. They have to be ACA compliant to operate in the first place but an electric wheelchair may be more than their profit margins vp can manage. Ask first and see what they say.

I saw a truck yesterday with rental motorized scooters ( the kind people use in the house, not drive on the road)

It was yellow scooters something and it said "rent me" Maybe google "yellow scooters for rent Las Vegas "?
