My girlfriend and I are planning a move to Henderson or Las Vegas next April. We plan on renting an apartment. Is there any apartment complexes that we should avoid due to slumlords? or to much caoss?
We just want peaceful, and calm.

The word is "chaos." Stay away from the busy places and have your own transportation. Possible in both LV and HD. If you want to walk to the strip, you will have chaos.
