I have an interview set up at Boulder Station Monday morning for a bike security officer.

I know Airics got hired (or almost hired) at Aliante.

Anybody else familiar with Stations interview and hiring process? Is it similar to strip properties that have multiple interviews?

Oh ok, good luck in your new position. What store if you dont mind me asking?

I have two interviews set up with Stations. One is Monday December 19 at Boulder Station for a bike security job

And the other is for a Security Position at Aliante Station, that interview is on December 27.

Quite frankly I dont care which position I get if they DO hire me. But I'd prefer to work at Aliante since it is my favorite station property and it is also MUCH closer to my house than Boulder Station is

It would just be a 4 mile trip down Ann Rd to Simmons and than follow Simmons up to Aliante Station, probably 7 or 8 miles at the most. Much better than the 20+ Id have to go driving to Boulder

Hiring manager will interview you if you already been through the prescreen. Doing Security at Boulder will be rough due to the location and local pond scum.

You will be first pre-screened by a Human Resources Manager who asks you some pretty generic questions from a form. This is also a way for HR to screen out people who do not have the "right" look - i.e. tattoos, 700 Lbs, green hair, etc. Your application is then sent to the Department you applied for. Usually you will interview with Department Head and perhaps their assistant. If you are selected, you will be called in and have you complete forms for background check. Background check can take 24 hours to a few days to complete. If you pass the background check, you will be called and notified to report to new employee orientation. New orientation is where you will complete all your paperwork and forms, received handbooks, be issued uniforms, take a property tour and get your schedule. You also have to go to a manditory company wide new employee orientation that takes all day.
This is the procedures I went thru. Good luck.

Please define "pond scum", are you referring to the "locals"?

Karma is the result of cause and effect, it cannot be "sent". It is generated or created by an individual's right (or wrong) actions.

I think you meant to say... "sending positive thoughts (energy)".
