It really depends on WHERE in that zip code. There are some nice areas, and some VERY not nice areas. You can rent cheaply in many areas of town, but you might also want to consider the area in which you are renting, with regard to the likelihood of getting robbed/shot/stabbed.

When someone says ghetto apartments take it to heart. There are apartments in this zip code that even make ghetto look good. Oh, and anyone out walking at night is not doing that for there health.
