You can check out Mr.D's Sports Bar and Grill for their Bike night (Wednesday) Rainbow and Oakey and also Count's Vamp'd Rock Bar and Grill on West Sahara and Rainbow. Both are a stone throw from each other and both biker friendly bars. Both bars are near the Harley store on Rainbow.

Will apartment complexes consider renting to me if I pay 3 months in advance + deposits and still have cash in the bank? Because I looked at a rental condo and the agent told me nobody will rent to me if I don't have a job yet. Just wondering if it's different at an apartment complex vs. a condo rental. Also a good credit history and positive local rental reference. Thanks.

I am the Original Poster here so I am interested in hearing about your experiences. I was in Vegas in August and stopped into an apartment complex somewhere in Summerlin. I was told that they would need a larger deposit, two or three months, I think. But, they would do it. I am disturbed to hear that you were told that you could not rent a condo since that is something that I may be interested in doing...or a small house/townhouse. In my case, I can show mega-assets in brokerage accounts but I am not sure that will help...also credit score is 825, last time I checked. Good luck and let me know what happens.
