Or the lights on either side of an overpass. One green, one red.. dumb.
Yep, and I believe this is a leading cause of accidents in this town. Some people are going to be more inclined to run the light as it's starting to change because they don't want to sit at the intersection for 4 or 5 minutes, and then have the same thing happen at the next light. Frustrating.

Unbeliever here based on many many nights leaving Vamp'd. I have NEVER had a red light free night. I lost count of how many times I've stopped at the entrance of Canyon Gate with no one leaving, or Town Center or many others where I am sitting at a red light with zero cross traffic. Post a video.

Especially now with construction all over Vegas and Henderson. Major arteries bottlenecking into one lane with just a handful of cars making it through per light. If it's a left turn, it may literally only be 3 cars that make it through. I've witnessed people pull into the oncoming traffic lane in construction zones more times than I can count now too.

I actually tried it on the way to Vamp'd last night! I didn't have the .6 part, but I kept it at 46mph. By golly, it worked. Not a single red light until Jones, when the traffic in front of me did not allow me to continue at speed.

but the true mystery remains: why would anyone go to Vamp'd?

I hear the music is actually pretty good. I have never been there but it seems to be popular.

Why wouldn't anyone? On any given Thu-Sat, I'm there on at least 2 of the nights with 20-40 of my friends. It's a nice place to socialize and listen to the music we enjoy.

You'd be surprised how many artists from big, nationally known bands perform there (sometimes under an alias or with a different band).
