Default is there any particular area where 20 somethings tend to live?

also, is there a specific area of town other than the strip, where locals go for nightlife?

most 20 somethings that I work with or speak to at school live in the South Strip area, Southern Highlands, or off of Maryland Parkway...

In terms of nightlife, you can usually find a decent number at Red Rock on weekends.
