To DDO or not DDO?
Mommom has raised the question of holding a DDO. (Drunken, Debauched Orgy - It is of course none of that - but this is Sin City. And we would likely get few responses to FFO - Family Friendly Opportunity)
The deal is a meetup...Likely late on a Sunday afernoon is some local eatery or pub. Alcoholic beverages will be available though not required. I am thinking about the Bootlegger but it might be Steiners or another pub. Those who choose may stay and eat...so we will use a place with good food.
Prior DDOs have ranged from 25 to zilch. That is also the reason for the Sunday afternoon...other days and times don't play well.
We generally publish pictures of the attendees but only if they agree..Name badges are generously provided by Olecapt's Admiral...who may or may not attend depending on her mood.
If iinterested respond here or, if shy, send a DM.
Certain amount of work involved and I ain't gonna do it if no one but Mommom is interested.
If we get interest I will then suggest a couple of dates and we will go from there.

And here I'm thinking that DDO meant something else? (seriously, look at the first search results when you type 'DDO' into google).
Hence my "basement and doritos" comment earlier
Anywho.... Since you'll all be "neighbors" of mine (in some sense or another) in the near future, I would definitely be game, if it occured when I was out there. Assuming this is happening soon, perhaps next time then?

It's open to everyone, no matter if you don't live here and all.

Why Vegas Baby? Sin city--blah, blah blah. Why not a casual stroll at say, Red Rock, or like spot? Might generate more interest to deviate from what the world percieves as LV, rather than booze, food, gaming. Just a thought.

Well, good choice Sheriff, one of my favorite places. The blue sky, the red and multi-color rocks, trails to walk on, how beautiful it is there! That's the whole idea of this thread...get some input as to places to meet, times and date...
I would like to meet up at Spring Mountain Ranch, for a Sunday afternoon picnic, any Sunday in Feb or March with the exception of Sunday, 3/9 and 3/16, in the afternoon, about 1 pm. The only bad thing is that it's a bit far for some of the non-residents to get to...and some might find it a bit too chilly to be outside. There's also the slight chance we might have some bad weather, so we'd need a "backup" plan/place
I think we're going to need to have a "central" location, some place that is fairly convenient for everyone to get to.
