I did check out Holiday Royale but lots of complaints about noise from planes and they require income verification.

Any weekly rental with no credit check, no lease, etc, is going to attract some people you would rather not have for neighbors. Not just in Las Vegas, pretty much anywhere. But money wise, they can't be beat. If I was going to live there I would have bare minimum stuff and if I had a car, it would be a beater. In other words, nothing worth stealing!
