I've survived the Boulevard mall multiple times. Haven't been there in awhile, but they were doing lots of work when I was there last.

Especially when it's hot out I like the South Outlet Shopping Mall at 7400 S Las Vegas Blvd (Warm Springs & LV Blvd) since it is all indoors, has a food court, and prices are much more reasonable than the Fashion Place Mall that is mid-strip. The public bus going south down the Strip takes you right there and there is a wonderful restaurant just on the outskirts of the the parking lot called "The Bootlegger Bistro. It has a long history and has won many awards for it's Italian food and has live entertainment and events regularly.

I hadn't realized the South Outlet Shopping Mall was indoors. Good to know! I've been that way twice and from the outside assumed it was outdoors like the Premium Outlets downtown.
