Some other cons: crime spilling over to residential areas, schools rank low (per national statistics), medical care is not good (I speak from experience), and if you have children or plan to, the billboards and taxi cabs plastered with seductive girls - does get old. Biggest advantage: housing. The market crash was one of the worst in this town, so now you can find fantastic deals for places to rent or buy. Message me if you have specific questions on the town!
you know that Vegas was built on sex and sin right, even though prostitution is illegal? so why would you be upset if there were billboards like that...what do you expect?

I've noticed that there have been quite a few religious billboards along the 95 and I-15. My favorites are the new digital ones, they're a lot more interesting than the old static ones.

What is cool is they have those Tire/Wheel/Stereo shops that are open 24 hours. I got a flat late night once and got my tire fixed at 1 am.

That alone deserves a high rating for Las Vegas in my opinion.
sounds like the perfect spot for me.
